Job Description
Blue Plate is looking for a bartender who is passionate about hospitality and flavors. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and/or GED equivalent, and one to three years of bartending experience. They will be responsible for preparing drinks, interacting with customers, and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or GED equivalent
  • One to three years of bartending experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal communications skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Passion for the business
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Ability to provide work direction and supervision for the Barback position (if applicable)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of a second language (a plus)
  • Ability to pass all required pre-employment background checks
