Job Description
The Classic Club is seeking a Bartender to provide superior service in a hospitality environment. The Bartender will be responsible for stocking and serving alcoholic beverages, maintaining inventory control, and ensuring compliance with state liquor laws.

Requirements

  • Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
  • Maintains inventory control
  • Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws
  • Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
  • Performs opening and closing duties
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions
  • Reviews banquet schedule for changes and calendar of events
  • Serves catered parties from service or portable bars
  • Occasionally serves meals to guests
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
