Job Description
Briardale Greens is seeking a part-time Bartender to provide exceptional service in a hospitality environment, stocking and serving alcoholic beverages, and maintaining inventory control.

Requirements

  • Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages
  • Maintains inventory control through conscientious use
  • Ensures compliance with applicable state liquor laws
  • Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
  • Performs opening and closing duties
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions
  • Reviews banquet schedule for changes
  • Serves catered parties from service or portable bars
  • Occasionally serves meals to guests
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
