What You Will Do
Take food and beverage orders, serve food and beverage to guests, collect payment, maintain the bar area, and make drinks for restaurant and room service servers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Previous experience as a full bar service bartender, current CA Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Training, and knowledge of beers, wines, and spirits are required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a full bar service bartender
- Current CA Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Training (ServSafe or TIPS)
- Bartending school desirable
- MICROS knowledge a plus
