Job Description
Responsible for all aspects of the bar, including preparation, service, and inventory management. Provides guidance to Apprentice Bartenders and mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes. Accounts for all stock and supplies used, and maintains a keen sense of timing and customer service.

Requirements

  • Prior bartending experience (1 year)
  • Completed union apprenticeship program (Pour Card)
  • Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes
  • Effective communication in English (verbal and written)
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Schedule flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime)
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
