Job Description
Therma is seeking a BAS Service Project Manager in our San Jose office who will be responsible for project management, field execution, estimating, customer relations, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the HVAC controls industry and a strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls industry; field experience required
  • Prior project management or estimating experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, schematics, and submittals
  • Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management systems, and mobile field tools
