Role OverviewThe BAS Technician performs a variety of plant operations, including oversight, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of central plant equipment and systems. They serve as the focal point for building operations in real-time, running reports, and overseeing vendors and subcontractors.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include performing maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or steam actuated equipment and systems, maintaining and repairing the Building Automation System (BAS), and making set point adjustments as necessary.

Requirements
- Manufacturer Factory Certification
- Maryland 1st or 3rd Engineer's license
- Three-year certificate from college or technical school
- Three to six months related experience and/or training
- Basic computer skills for mandatory training classes
