Job Description
The Base Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean and safe indoor and outdoor public areas across the resort, including restrooms, trash removal, snow clearing, salting walkways, and power washing to ensure a welcoming guest experience.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • A clean driving record is required
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varied Winter and Summer weather conditions
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, holidays, early mornings, and overnight shifts
  • Ability to stand and walk outdoors for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
