Base Facility Maintenance Worker I (Non CDL)

The Base Facility Maintenance Worker I is responsible for the maintenance of heliport facilities and equipment, receiving and distribution of aircraft fuel, and ensuring all duties and operations are performed in a safe and efficient manner.

What You Will Do

Perform routine inspections of buildings and systems, conduct repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, handle general upkeep, and respond to maintenance requests.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4+ years demonstrated ability working in a fast-paced multi-facility environment
• Strong verbal and written communication, skills, proficiency in computer applications and systems
• Must be organized and detail oriented, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
• Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and provide clear, accurate and simple directions to contractors and external partners
• Effective time management with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
