Role OverviewThe Batch Plant Operator is responsible for accurately batching concrete, operating equipment, and supporting daily plant operations. This role works closely with Production and Quality teams while maintaining safety standards and troubleshooting issues to ensure efficient, high-quality output.
What You Will Do
Coordinate with Production and Quality Control to ensure accurate batching and documentation, operate batching equipment, perform routine preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members and leadership
- Basic math skills, including ability to read a tape measure
- Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and operate equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes
- Knowledge of materials and products used in batching operations
- Adaptable and open to process improvements and operational changes
- Ability to lead with professionalism, respect, and accountability
