Role OverviewThe Batching Team Brewer is responsible for measuring, weighing, and combining ingredients and additives for all products produced by the brewery, including beer, seltzers, RTDs, and sodas. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and ingredient know-how. The role involves working across the full range of products, preparing and adding flavorings, additives, and other ingredients accurately, and communicating with other teams to ensure products are completed efficiently and on time.
What You Will Do
The Batching Team Brewer will learn and operate all associated batching equipment, follow recipes and production steps with precision, prepare and add flavorings, additives, and other ingredients accurately, communicate and coordinate with other teams, and keep batching documentation accurate and complete.

Requirements
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed
