We're a family-owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company in Southern California. We're looking for a motivated leader with a positive attitude and sales background to maintain an efficient environment and provide high-quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (B2C preferred)
  • Proven ability to follow scripts and handle inbound/outbound calls
  • Strong customer service background with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection
  • Own working laptop/PC and noise-cancelling headset
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mindset
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed performance targets
