Requirements

  • Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
  • Run sales leads with representatives as a hands-on training tool
  • Assist reps in the field by taking calls and supporting the closing process
  • Review team performance regularly and take action to meet goals
  • Conduct cancel-save appointments effectively
  • Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit unsold leads
  • Lead and facilitate ongoing sales training and development
  • Set and communicate clear expectations for the sales team
