Role OverviewAs a Surface Experts Technician, you will exercise your creativity by problem-solving small repairs that are usually complete in an hour or less. You will display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff, track work progress and notes in our dispatch tool, and communicate with the support team with questions.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include problem-solving repairs with creativity, employing each tool in your custom tool-kit, and utilizing our unique 5-step repair process.

Requirements

- Comprehending color and matching colors is essential to this job. You must be able to detect, evaluate, and reproduce colors.
