Job Description
Harbinger is seeking a Battery Build Technician to join their Battery Manufacturing team. The role involves building prototype battery modules and packs, training production staff, and ensuring quality, safety, and delivery throughout the battery production process. They are looking for an individual who can work closely with production, design, and quality teams.

Requirements

  • Experience creating and following instructions to build complex assemblies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful.
  • High school Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other work instructions creation systems.
  • English communication skills (oral and written).
