Role OverviewProvides specialty training for EA section members, including SMCC Central Manager duties and FEMA support operations. Delivers initial and recurring EA training and certification, develops and updates EA lesson plans, exams, and practical training, and supports NPES scenario development for EA certification events.

Deliver initial and recurring EA training and certification, develop and update EA lesson plans, exams, and practical training, support NPES scenario development for EA certification events, and evaluate individual and team performance.
