Job Description
Worley is seeking a seasoned construction leader to lead crane and rigging field execution across a hydrocracking unit. The role involves directing a large group of forepeople and craft professionals, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all crane and rigging activities.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of heavy industrial construction experience
  • Journey-level certification or equivalent trade qualification
  • Strong understanding of HSE management systems and field-level hazard mitigation
  • Proven ability to plan workforce allocation and maintain manpower balance against a dynamic construction schedule
  • Experience monitoring productivity, managing labor performance, and controlling field costs
