Requirements

Track claims with insurance companies.
Active follow up with insurance companies for outstanding unpaid claims.
Work unpaid claims and credit reports.
Research and process rejected or suspended claims.
Maintain insurance policies/procedures.
Assist patients with billing and account balance issues.
Identify delinquent accounts and route to collections.
Participate in specialized seminars.
Participate in training.
Maintain confidentiality.
Maintain annual compliance education.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
