Job Description
Initiate, develop, and update business banking credit policies to ensure asset quality, risk appetite, and business plans are effectively maintained.

Requirements

  • Develop a proactive policy management process
  • Evaluate competitiveness of policies within the market
  • Monitor the effectiveness and credit quality of Business Banking credit policies
  • Develop comprehensive action plans to manage adverse trends and red flags
  • Identify required data and work with BB Portfolio Team Heads
  • Collaborate with the business and stakeholders to propose corrective policy changes and highlight opportunities
