Role OverviewThe BY YOUR SIDE Home-Based Services Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for evaluation, creation, and implementation of ABA Therapy plans, accurate and reliable data collection, consultation, and training with family and staff for ABA services provided in a client’s home environment.
What You Will Do
Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of direct therapy, while maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for direct client care provided. Ensure completion and quality of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial assessments, ongoing assessments and insurance reports.

Requirements
- Previous experience delivering telehealth ABA supervision, programming, and parent training preferred.
- Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
- Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.
- Ability to maintain quality, safety and infection control standards.
- Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies.
- Must possess strong communications and analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines, including from remote location(s).
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high quality deliverables with attention to details.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Uphold and maintain BYS core principles, policies and procedures.
