Role OverviewThis is a rewarding yet challenging leadership role that will directly support the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of BDS. The role requires an individual to drive strategy and world-class execution in the operations of the BDS Capabilities & Technology organization.
What You Will Do
Architects and executes the BDS Capabilities & Technology operating rhythm and management system. Manages operations to ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively. Owns development and drives execution of key engineering initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 10+ years’ experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners
- 5+ years of experience in engineering leadership
- 5+ years’ experience working in ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment in support of multiple organizations
- Experience in a role that required strong problem solving skills and analytical skills
- Experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management
