Role OverviewAs a Beauty and Wellness Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer care, offer personalized expertise and advice, and model a distinctive and delightful customer experience. You will oversee and maintain overall beauty department standards and engage with omni-channel solutions to enhance customer engagement/experience.
What You Will Do
You will engage customers, provide product demonstrations and consultations, lead in-store events, build relationships with customers, and consistently focus on link-selling and up-selling with customers.
