What You Will Do
Seek out customers to ensure a world-class beauty advisor experience. Provide personalized sales service, upsell, and suggestive selling. Perform ear-piercing services and other applicable services. Educate customers on product usage and features.

Requirements
- Current and valid Cosmetology/Esthetician License
- Ability to use sales data with product/brand knowledge
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Goal-driven with ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Available to work a flexible retail schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old
