You will inspire discovery and confidence by making beauty approachable, inclusive, and easy to shop by helping guests explore trends, find solutions tailored to their needs, and build routines that fit their lifestyle and budget.
What You Will Do
A typical day will most likely include creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests, help them find what they need, resolve issues, and end every guest transaction with a sincere thank you. You will also support guests with genuine interaction, prioritize guest interaction and engagement, and encourage guests to explore Beauty with confidence.

Requirements
- 12+ months previous beauty retail experience preferred, but not required
- Strong interest and knowledge of beauty and skincare products
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequencies devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- Effective communication skills
- Work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframe
