Job Description
As a YMCA Member Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for current and prospective members, providing excellent customer service and supporting various administrative tasks to ensure a positive member experience.

Requirements

  • Must be minimum 16yrs of age.
  • CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days of employment).
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a community-focused organization or membership-based facility preferred.
