Role OverviewA Beef Modernization Sorter works in a high-paced environment, making precision knife cuts and making decisions related to pathology, presentation, or possible sanitary dressing deficiencies. They must understand Food Safety and Quality are their primary responsibility. They work closely with many different harvest floor departments.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of a Beef Modernization Sorter include performing precision knife cuts, making decisions related to pathology, presentation, or possible sanitary dressing deficiencies, and working effectively in a team atmosphere.

- Harvest floor knife experience
