Role OverviewThe Beef Shoppe Manager Level IV is responsible for ensuring effective and profitable operations of the meat department through sales maximization and host growth. They will oversee the scheduling of the department, ensure compliance with company standards, and maintain a safe department for guests and hosts.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include preparing product for sale, implementing and maintaining an in-store selling culture, ordering and inventory management, and ensuring the department is run in compliance with company standards.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of progressive supermarket experience, a high school education, and the ability to supervise people, including training and development.
Requirements
- High school education
- 3-4 years of progressive supermarket experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs, occasionally and 25lbs. constantly
- Ability to read and understand information and direction
- Knowledge of meat operations
- Ability to supervise people, including training and development
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements on the job
- Effective communication, guest service, and selling skills
- Ability to bend, kneel, stand, push/pull stock carts for extended periods of time
