Role OverviewThe Group Leader is responsible for the social, physical, spiritual, and mental development of each child within their care. They will plan, develop, and implement activities, maintain safety and well-being, and ensure compliance with regulations.
What You Will Do
Manage high-quality school-age programs, maintain child-to-staff ratio, interact with children, assist with lesson plans, and maintain relationships with parents and organizations.

Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Current First Aid, Communicable Disease, Child Abuse Recognition and Prevention, and CPR certifications
