Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Assistant Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program. The Assistant Director will assume responsibility for supervising and managing the program, performing duties typically assigned to the Site Director, and leading engaging hands-on activities based on the Healthy Kids Curriculum.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any other field related to Child Growth and Development plus two years of experience working with children.
  • Head Teacher endorsement from the New Jersey Registry for Childhood Professionals, Professional Impact New Jersey.
  • Medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB.
  • Warm, friendly, and upbeat with exceptional people skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and always prompt.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.), and do whatever it takes to keep up with energetic kiddos.
