Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. The Director will be responsible for guiding compliance, directing engaging activities, managing staff, and maintaining open communication with parents.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Child Development, Elementary Education, Physical Education, Recreation, or a related field
  • Two years of direct experience working with children less than 13 years of age, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity in a child care program or related field of work
  • Medically fit to rock all the job duties and free of any communicable diseases including TB
  • Warm, friendly, and upbeat personality
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, carry (up to 50 lbs.)
