Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Director to lead our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. As the Site Director, you'll be responsible for guiding compliance, leading engaging hands-on activities, managing staff, and maintaining open lines of communication with parents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education, or the human services field
  • 1-4 years of experience with children (depending on degree level)
  • Medically fit to perform job duties
  • Warm, friendly, and upbeat personality
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Ability to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs.
