Job Description
Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a dynamic Site Director to lead our Before and After School Program for the 2025-2026 school year. The Site Director will be responsible for guiding compliance, bringing fun activities to children, managing program operations, and maintaining open communication with parents and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Health Care, Nursing, or any other field related to Child Growth and Development
  • Teaching Certification from the Department of Education in Elementary Education, Nursery School, Preschool through Third Grade (P-3) or Teacher of the Handicapped
  • Six Early Childhood credits and two years of experience working with children
  • Head Teacher endorsement from the New Jersey Registry for Childhood Professionals, Professional Impact New Jersey
