The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides neurodiversity affirming behavior analytical services, including assessment, program development, and supervision. The BCBA contributes to a safe and effective therapeutic environment for children, their families, and staff. The role involves casework, consultation, training, and development of behavior support plans, as well as collaboration with local and state agencies.

Requirements

  • BCBA in good standing with the BACB
  • Minimum of 2 years BCBA experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs
