Job Description
Natives is seeking behavior health care surveyors to assess and review healthcare organizations' compliance with standards. Field representatives will apply analysis and communication skills to identify risk points and improve healthcare operation. This role involves independent licensure and requires a commitment to National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) certification.

Requirements

  • Independently Licensed Clinician with Supervisory Experience
  • Current Professional License in discipline (Substance Abuse/Mental Health)
  • CPHQ certification or eligibility within 2028
  • Five years of experience in hospital/health care orgs with a focus on behavioral health.
  • Experience with both residential treatment and traditional outpatient services.
  • Participation in Joint Commission activities (as applicable).
