Job Description
Join NeurAbilities Healthcare as a Per Diem Behavior Technician (BHT) and work with kids, helping them succeed and making a real difference. As a BHT, you will work one-to-one with clients in clinic, home, and/or school settings, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of experience with children and adolescents with Autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical activities like walking and bending
