Role OverviewHeartland ABA is seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their team in the Eastern Iowa Region. The role involves providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients in their homes or community-based locations. This is a part-time position that supports clients in achieving their unique goals.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and foster a positive learning environment for clients while connecting with families.
