Job Description
JRI's In-Home Behavioral Services program is a dedicated home-based initiative focused on helping youth recognize and manage challenging behaviors. Our team collaborates closely with both the child and their family to develop and execute personalized behavior plans aimed at enhancing the child’s overall functioning.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, ABA, Education or related field is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in counseling, functional behavior assessment, data tracking and implementation of behavioral interventions to address mental health needs.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, along with a familiarity with technology and a willingness to learn different electronic systems.
  • Knowledge of various behavioral health treatment modalities for children and families.
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle as transporting youth is required.
  • Background and driving record checks will be performed.
