Job Description
Behavior Specialist plays a critical role in providing specialized behavioral support services to individuals across various settings, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, and providing training and support to Care Team Staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
  • 1-2 years' experience working with mentally ill and intellectually disabled adult populations
  • Experience with behavioral assessments and interventions with complex behaviors
  • Skilled in teaching and coaching staff
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Pass a criminal background check
