Role OverviewThe Behavior Support Assistant will work in a team that supports the 16 school districts in Placer County, providing programs and services to students, parents, and the community. The role requires one of the following qualifications: completion of 60 semester units, possession of an Associate's Degree or Higher, or passing a local assessment in Reading/Writing and Mathematics. What You Will Do
The Behavior Support Assistant will be responsible for providing support to students, parents, and the community, and will be required to obtain certifications in Crisis Prevention Intervention and CPR/First Aid within six months and 30 days of employment, respectively.

Requirements
- Proof of High school diploma or equivalent
- Proof of current Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Certificate
- Proof of CPR/First Aid Certification
- Completion of 60 Semester Units (2 years of study) at an institution of higher education
- Possession of an Associate's Degree or Higher
- Passing of a local assessment in Reading/Writing and Mathematics
- Valid California driver’s license
