Role OverviewAs a Behavior Technician with Alpine Learning Group, you will work under the supervision of experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality care to learners with autism. You will implement treatment plans, prepare learning environments, and collect data to support learner success.
What You Will Do
Your primary responsibilities will include implementing treatment plans, preparing learning environments, using ABA techniques, collecting and recording data, documenting progress, and communicating with families.

Requirements
- High School Diploma (Associates and above preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred
- Valid NJ Driver's License in good standing
- Access to reliable transportation
