Job Description
Therapeutic Alliance LLC is a leading provider of home-based mental health services. As a licensed provider of Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, we offer culturally sensitive care to children, adults, and families. We are committed to your professional development, offering assistance to help you advance your career and obtain RBT, BCaBA, or BCBA certifications.
Requirements
High school diploma required; college degree preferred
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
Effective communication skills
Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
