Job Description
Therapeutic Alliance LLC is a leading provider of home-based mental health services, offering a supportive environment where team members can make a positive impact. As an ABA Technician, you will help children develop essential life skills under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus
  • At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
