Role OverviewProud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization providing ABA services for children with autism. We're seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team, providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. What You Will Do
Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans, collect data, and report progress. Support BCBA with training families on individualized treatment plans and maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience working with children
- Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of client, family, and organizational information
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
