Job Description
Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BT's) to join their team, providing 1-1 specialized treatment to children with autism in a home-based setting. The role involves implementing behavioral plans, collecting data, and supporting BCBA's with training families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Prior experience working with children
  • Prior experience providing support to children or adults with behavioral challenges, developmental delays, or special needs
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
