Role OverviewAs an ABA Therapist at CrystalCare ABA, you will implement personalized therapy plans and provide high-quality support to clients. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to deliver interventions that enhance the skills and independence of our clients.
What You Will Do
Implement individualized ABA therapy plans, conduct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect and record data on client progress, and collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans.

Requirements
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment (if not already certified)
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
