Job Description
Behavior Technician I is responsible for assisting in maintaining safety within the school environment, responding to behavior events, and working collaboratively with school personnel. The technician maintains necessary documentation, attends team meetings, and provides transportation support.

Requirements

  • High school graduate with two years related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
  • Eligible for 'V' endorsement for CT license (without restriction).
  • Completes RBT certification from the BACB within 10 months of hire date
  • Completes all components of ACES Safety Management Training within six-months of hire
