Role OverviewAssist in maintaining safety within the school environment by responding to behavior events and working collaboratively with school personnel. Maintain trusting and positive relationships with students, support teaching staff and students in the acquisition and mastery of the educational curriculum, and provide transportation support.
What You Will Do
Interact with students and colleagues in a positive and professional manner, complete data management systems, maintain a clean and orderly environment, participate in student-centered meetings, and perform duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements
- High School graduate with two years related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
- Eligible for 'V' endorsement for CT license (without restriction)
- Completes RBT certification from the BACB within 10 months of hire date
- Completes all components of ACES Safety Management Training within six-months of hire
