We’re looking for a dedicated Behavior Technician I or II to provide compassionate care and support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health needs in our short-term Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH) in Culpeper, VA.

Requirements

  • Experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders required
  • High School diploma and behavior health experience (BT I)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, or QMHP (trainee), or The ability to register as a Qualified Mental Health Professional Trainee and be approved within 30 days of hire (BT II)
  • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
