Job Description
Caravel Autism Health is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) to work with children on the autism spectrum. The role involves using a results-oriented approach based on ABA to help build skills and document progress. No prior experience in the behavioral health field is required, and Caravel invests in the professional development of their teammates.

Requirements

  • Availability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working with children with special needs preferred
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must obtain RBT within 75 days of employment
