Job Description
The Home for Little Wanderers is seeking a Behavior Technician for their Clifford Academy campus in Walpole, MA. The Behavior Technician will support students who have experienced complex trauma and/or mental health challenges in their learning, and will design, develop, and implement school-wide management strategies and/or individual behavioral interventions.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree preferred
  • Pursuing RBT certification or BCBA field work hours preferred
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care
  • Excellent cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn new software applications
